Child and Teen Faith Formation OfferingsFaith Formation at Most Blessed Sacrament is focused on fostering households of discipleship. Each year, we work to meet children and families at all stages of their faith journey with the ultimate goal of evangelizing, discipling, equipping, and catechizing children, youth, and their families – forming and empowering them to become Missionary Disciples.
All our Faith Formation Opportunities for Children, Youth & Teens are supplemented by our Intentional@Home Campaigns and Resources to help families become intentional about launching simple faith routines.
We want to help you guide your children, at age appropriate levels, to become intentional about fostering relationships with their parents, siblings, friends, family, and Jesus. -
To Register...
To register for the 2021-2022 Year, please complete the following steps:
- Fill out the registration form. You can complete this form online or download the registration form and turn it in to the parish office.
- Fill out the liability form and turn it in to the parish office.
- Pay your tuition through our Online Giving portal or send a check to the parish office.
*If you cannot afford tuition, please let us know. No child will be turned away due to an inability to pay and all financial conversations are kept confidential.
