If you or a loved one are admitted to Mercy Medical Center and want someone from the parish to visit, bring communion, or to receive anointing of the sick ... you MUST contact the parish office to let us know!

Please call 920-231-9782 or email [email protected] if you are admitted to let us know if you would like a visit.

Ascension's new computer & records system does not record the parish you belong to or any request for a visit from clergy, church members, or for requests for anointing.

Note:  This also applies to St. Elizabeth hospital in Appleton (also a part of Ascension). This does not affect Aurora Medical Center, as their system allows us to call and find out if any parishioners wishing for a visit have been admitted.
